I know there are a lot of prostate cancer survivors out there, and I'm one too. I've been living with 2 pad a day incontenance for 4 years and am sick of it. I'm scheduled for surgery after Christmas to have an AMS Advance Sling installed. Anyone out there have this? My doc has done about 60 of them and says while he can't guarantee complete dryness, i should improve.

What is your experience?
