Peyronies? or Growing pains

Hi,
I could definitely use some advice. I am 9 months post radical Prostatectomy.
Haven't been hard enough for intercourse yet. Take oral meds with limited affect. BUT about 10 days ago I took a Muse suppository, like I had tried maybe 6 times before. This time though, My penis felt harder but I only had half the girth and was at least 2 inched shorter then what I had post surgery and the penis made a 45 degree turn. I had no real pain from the penis. I was so concerned I scheduled a quick doctor's visit. They gave me a shot of Trimix and IT had the same affect. They mentioned it could be Peyroines but they were not specialized in this at all.

The following day I took 100mg of Viagra and I had more girth and more size and only a very very slight bend. The results I got were more in line with the results I had been getting with oral meds. Could this have been an anomaly or a reaction to Muse and Trimix?? I think they are similar chemical compounds. I am very confused. The Trimix shot made me feel harder but I had no girth and a shorter penis and a curve. The next day the Viagra gave me more girth and more size and no real bend but the penis did not feel as stiff. (I have yet to have a real stiff full erection since the surgery) If I had the scar tissue and Plague associated with Peyronies, how did my penis exceed the Trimix results with more sizing, without any pain and without the bend?
Not sure if this makes sense. Also When I use a VED only, the penis goes relatively straight.
If people could answer one question, Would I see the bend, shortness and loss of girth if I had Peyronies Disease when using a VED?
Your responses would be most appreciated.
I have an appointed to see a local Peyroines specialist but that will not happen till mid January.

Trimix and Viagra help generate erections by different means.

In simplified terms, Viagra inhibits the production of PDE5. PDE5 in turn blocks the production of cGMP. CGMP is needed to dilate the blood vessels in the penis which allows additional blood to flow into the penis.

Prostaglandin helps the smooth muscle tissues in the penile area to be relaxed. Oftentimes, various factors make the tissues very stiff. Once these things have contracted, it would be very hard for blood to flow smoothly into the penile area. Papaverine, on the other hand, directs blood to flow to the corpus cavernosum area. Phentolamine produces direct vasolidation. This means it increases the size of the arteries so that more blood is able to flow into the penis and make it hard for sexual intercourse.

Because the two medications generate erections by different methodologies, perhaps your penis or a part there of responds better to the Viagra method than the Trimix method.

Just a thought.

Maybe as willy gets used to erections, it'll straighten itself out. It sounds like you're on the right track. I'd keep using both methods and see how it goes.

Thanks for the information. It gives me something to discuss with the Peyronies Specialist when I see him in January.
I saw the doc that did my Prostatecomy and he said he didn't think it was Peyronies while my previous Urologist today said it was.
Yet he could not explain why when I use the Vacuum Erection device and oral meds, the penis looks pretty straight.
The last guy did say to use the VED but he doesn't see it fixing things too much.
Its all very confusing.
