Tried Edex. It worked better than Tri-Mix. But not by much and being what I paid for the Edex I don't think I will buy it again
The urologist told me that I could not use Edex with pills like Viagra.

Even with the injections it is not large enough for sex..
I miss women.

The Edex was more effective than the Tri-Mix was. Maybe Tri-Mix was old or from a different Dr would be better.
It did hurt. Dr said it was from stretching it longer and wider. Took almost 4 hrs to go down.

Thought maybe vacume pump would help stretch it out.
Maybe if I i was longer and steered out from vacume pump the injectables would be more effective?

I did talk him into giving me a prescription for a vacume pump
He told me that vacume pumps really not worth it

Can I use the vacume pump before I use one of the injections therapys?

He told me that Osbon made a good pump.
I hate to get my hopes up for another let down.
Any recommendations on vacume pumps?

From our experience with the pump (I had an Osbon), your doctor is right. It's clumsy, uncomfortable, only marginally effective, and kills any semblance of spontaneity. The pump is fine for exercise and stretching, but IMO not for intercourse. It's literally not better than nothing - my wife and I hated the thing and threw it in the trash. If you want to try one, I suggest getting a cheap one for starters - they're not all that inferior to the expensive ones and if you don't like it you won't waste as much money.

I would concur, I hated the Osbon pump except it was good for applying a ring. A pump from a sex shop was more comfortable for just 'exercising'!

I guess it's not recommended, but I have my best results when I take 25mg of Indian Viagra to plump up prior to injecting. I guess we all have to experiment occasionally to see what suits us best. I tried it without the V and had poor results. I guess it's what Willy is used to?

I agree with Tomas. My best results are with a combination of Viagra (50mg), Trimix injections, and a VED. I quite often enjoy penetrative sex with a VED and an Osbon tension band. Unfortunately, my erection looses sensitivity after 10 minutes with the tension band making it difficult to orgasm.

Accordingly, when I want orgasmic sex, I use the Viagra with a Trimix injection. With this combination, I am able to get my wife ready with a lot of penetration foreplay. When we are ready to orgasm, I use the VED and Osbon tension band to generate a rock hard erection.

I found that pumping prior to the injection is counter productive.

That's exactly what I do except I take 25mg. Unless I'm really ready to get finished, I like to keep having sex until my wife says "no mas". We're actually not Hispanic lol though.

We keep our house at 78 degrees so maybe that is part of the problem. After resting for a half hour or so, we can go for act 2 and finish things off. My wife no longer has strong orgasms, but I can tell when she has "mini orgasms". She professes to not like seconds, but is always game for them. Thirds are just for VERY special occasions lol.
