Hi boys:

Busting a nut is essential to me. It's a daily ritual even when I'm having intercourse. Large lido, lots of semen.

Since my implant with pump, I have a more difficult time stroking off. Doesn't seem as natural and doesn't stroke as smoothly.

Anyone else have this problem?

Hi K, Look no implant, but why not try using some baby oil, perhaps your get a good slide that way and should help.
