Good morning everybody. I'm 2 1/2 year's post op having my prostate removed. So far all of my checks ups been good, The cancer is still undetectable. This last time I had my DR check my Testosterone level and it was only at 245. I know most Dr don't want to induce any testosterone into the body for fear the cancer will return. Is there any way to boost my energy lever or to raise my "T"? Thanks Bruce

Make sure you're eating enough fats. Monounsaturated like avocados and nuts/seeds. Saturated fat and cholesterol are also good. They've gotten a bad name, but are testosterone boosters. Last but not least sleep!! Your body builds testosterone while sleeping. Excercise, be physical. You will sleep good, and produce more testosterone. Good luck!
