Head size complications

Thinking about going bionic

I understand that I may gain girth after the implant. I know they can give injections to the head to make it larger or proportionate. Is it often that this procedure done?

Does it work?
Is it painful?
Any problems?

Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.
