Hi Here's something that come form WebMD, would love your views on it, and please lets all be very Frank on it.

For me as often as we can, its never put a strain on our marriage, even went through a spell when it was daily for over 3 months, but if you a women with a good smile on her face bet she had sex recently, it always makes a women happy, and if you know the women and joke by saying had sex last night? bet they give you back that smile that tells all, its a real give away with some women, in our marriage its always been anytime we can do it, and it does not have to be the bedroom, use all the rooms and have fun.

Well that's my take on just how much we have sex and for us its always been 3 to 4 times a week, apart from the moment as we are apart till May.

So come on guys.

Very interesting. My wife and I never try to have sex on any schedule, but she doesn't like me to have it on a golf day. Lately, I'm playing golf on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. She doesn't really like every other day sex, but does get into it if I want to. I'd suppose she likes it best maybe every 3 or 4 days. I know the younger and maybe even older guys have different findings, but that's about our schedule.

Unless we need to get up early, we have sex every morning. I always start by rubbing her back in bed on her side and gradually insert my pumped and banded erection. Sometimes it lasts up to 45 minutes or until my erection starts to turn numb.

Later this month we will mark our 45 anniversary.

Many thanks Jerry we are the old lovers and we do speak each day and sometimes two or three times a day, at the moment I'm doing some jelqing and stretching to keep my penis health up and chuck in some kegels, we must keep our penis's fit.

Keep it up Tomas, its a great way to keep healthy having sex that is, so why not have sex after to round of golf? now that would please the wife.

Hi Bunny I had my 45 last November, as it fell on Friday the 13th just the same as we were married on, yes my wife gets the early morning wood, but she's not up to 45 minutes of sex though as its just as we wake up her bladder would not hold out that long.

Good luck mate, its a great way to start the day.
