The Doppler Ultrasound Diagnostic Test

Hello,
I have posted both in the young persons thread, specifically the Dr Gerwin sclerotherapy thread and also the General Discussion thread just to introduce myself.
I am a UK resident and therefore have access to NHS urologists.
I have had 2 ultrasounds with an NHS uro, one with phentolomine and one without. Both showed + outflow indicating 'minor venous leak'.
Unsatisfied with this rather general diagnosis, I went to a private sexual medicine team based on Harley St, London, where the majority of the top specialists are located.
I had another ultrasound, same scan, same injections, just this time performed by a specialist who looks for erectile dysfunction issues.
This scan differed from NHS scans. I was told to massage the penis generously after the injection so as to spread the active ingredient. I was not told to do this at the NHS hospitals.
Furthermore, even though I was not told to, I touched my penis intermittently during the scan thus stimulating myself.
To this day, I don't know if this invalidates the test. I was told no, it does not, in fact, it is desirable, that that is what sex is all about, stimulation.
The results this time: no VL found. Huge inflow numbers, negative outflow.
The exact opposite to the NHS scans.
So, who do I trust?!
The Harley St clinic attribute my ED to a paralysing psychogenic factor that is so deep-seated in my psyche that it has entrenched itself in my belief system.
Still, I get no morning wood. Virtually never.
Masturbation requires constant stimulation or I lose it in 10 seconds. (Important to point out that all I do during this is THINK about my own performance)
10mg Cialis helps me to perform like a rockstar. Taking this for 5+ years now. Very minor tolerance noted, probably more psychogenic.
My main query is: HOW CAN I TRULY TELL ONCE AND FOR ALL IF THIS IS PHYSICAL OR PURELY MENTAL?! My gut says physical. No morning wood says physical.
So why the good ultrasound result with the specialists???
So confused.
