I had a penile MRI this year to look for corporal fibrosis. Apparently I have none, although I don't 100% trust the results due to the caverject injection not working correctly.
When flaccid, one can feel a 'woodiness' in my penis that gets increasingly prominent when one moves up towards the glans. It is most obvious just below and behind the glans and when squeezed my penis will not compress here in the same manner it does at the base. This has also been identified - but not explained - by several urologists.
I've been reading recently about 'diffused' corporal fibrosis, as opposed to 'localised', which it is speculated is caused by a prolonged flaccid state. I want to ask men who have long term physiological ED (regardless of the initial cause):
1) can you feel this woodiness in your own penis?
2) has this woodiness become worse over time?
3) have you found any treatments or exercise that have reduced this?

This "woodiness" has always been with me in exactly the way you describe it. I never noticed whether it was different from before, if so, it might be after stretching for some time. No bother though ...
