Trimix

I'm going to ask my urologist for Trimix on Monday. I had been set on getting the implant, but if Trimix works, why not? Viagra quit working after 2.5 years. I also tried Muse and it didn't work, which is the same primary ingredient as Trimix.

I have some questions:

1. Do the injections hurt?
2. How long do the erections last for?

Obviously, injections involve some pain. How much depends on you. I don't find the pain very hard to take and am surprised that if I have a somewhat plump dick, the pain is actually lessened. It would be good if the uro would give you the first injection and give you tips on doing it. I also think the nerve cells for pain are mostly on the surface of the skin.

As far as how long they last, everyone seems to have different results. You'll have to experiment but try not to panic if they seem to last for awhile. I've never had a long lasting erection, and am fortunate to have them go down after getting up and around. Some guys seem to have the opposite experience.

I do believe you should take this step before going the implant route.

Do Trimix erections last post-ejaculation?

Also, I have silicone implants in my dick, so I hope that doesn't complicate matters.

Yes. It goes down when it feels like, independent of what Mother Nature intended.

What in the world are they for? Are they in the cavernosa? If so, I suspect that will be a problem as that's where the Trimix is supposed to go.

They were for girth enhancement.

I don't know where they are.

I didn't do a lot of research prior to getting them.

I'm skipping the Trimix and going straight for the implant.

I don't want to have to bring a needle with me everywhere I go.

I can tell you as a fairly new user of Trimix that I was very apprehensive about "sticking a needle in the little man" and did a lot of research before pursuing the use of it. I was concerned about the pain associated with the injections and fortunately found a Men's Clinic that specializes in ED treatment that assured me that they used an Auto Injector that practically eliminated any pain with injection.

They did in fact give me the first injection in the Clinic and I had absolutely no pain. With the Injector you don't even see a needle at all and it is a spring loaded devise that is so quick you don't even realize that the injection has taken place. Here is a link to the Injector that I use: https://www.4mdmedical.com/index.php/ca ... -supplied-

It seems that most of the guys on the forum are not using the Injectors but rather choose to inject with the syringe only and seem to be completely satisfied with the results so it is a matter of how you are trained to do it.

As far as the length of time your erection will last it will depend on your dose and it probably will take some experimentation on your part to determine what works best for you. In my case, the first dose at the Clinic gave me a good 3 hour erection and I am not sure what the dose was. They recommended a 30 unit dose for me and I cut that back to 20 units on the first injection which lasted a good 3 hours. I then cut that back to 15 units on the second dose and still had a 3 hour erection so have cut it to 12 units and still have great results. I also tries a 5 unit dose recently and still had a good erection for two hours so you will need to experiment some with the proper dose.

The great part of Trimix is that after ejaculation you will still be hard and you can keep going as long as you want. I am not sure about the Silicone Implants that you refer to and that is something you would need to discuss with your Uro before going forward.

I apologize for the long post and hope this info will help you make a decision as to how you want to move forward. I will tell you that as a 72 year old I have tried all the pills and it was never a solution for me. Trimix has been a miracle and I only wish I had found it 14 years ago when I first started into my ED problems as I am sure it would have been a real blessing.

For me, I tried Caverject as my last resort. Viagra had stopped working, and Muse was ineffective. I was able to do the injections however my erection was firm enough for penetration, just didn't last very long. I opted for a titan with DrEid in NY. Venous leakage was causing my ED. Best decision of my life. Two years post with great success and no regrets. 63 years old and happy as a clam !!

For me, I start seeing some results within five minutes and full results between 10 and 15 minutes.. To avoid pyronies start with a low dose and slowly increase the dose on subsequent injections until you have a full etection lasting 1.5 to 2 hours.
