I've heard some people mention that the VA will provide trimix to veterans but no real facts on current situation.

I'm a Vietnam vet and would like to find if the VA currently providing trimix to vets if they don't have a service related disability.

Thanks for any info.

Dear Friend,
I don't have any specific information for you, but insurance almost never covers these things. At least you can get an exam by VA urologist and he can prescribe Trimix for you. You can get 5ml for around $70 and often that's enough for dozens of times.
I hope this helps and all the best.

I am retired military and use Tricare they will give you edex ( which as they say will make your penis ache) If you want Trimix
You have pay out of pocket ( The Feds haven't approved Trimix ), even though everyone is using it without problems You have to have a Doc give you a prescription for it at a compounding pharmacy

Rocky,

Search around on this site for references to "Trimix price" or "Trimix cost." You'll find several instances of reputable mail-order pharmacies that provide 10 ml for around a hundred bucks. There's also information about getting your prescription transferred to one of those pharmacies.

Thank you for your service.

It's been at least six months since I last ordered, but I was getting 10 ml of Trimix from Avella Pharmacy in Phoenix for $80, including shipping.
