Full ED disclosure to a dermatologist?

I am of the age that a full body skin scan by a dermatologist is a good idea, so I've made an appointment. I don't have any skin issues, just thought an ounce of prevention is smart. But going to a new dermatologist (or in this case a PA) means I will have the initial questions of medicines I am taking. Is there a need for this dermatologist to be told that I inject Trimix when I want to have sex? I went through this when my GP's nurse asked if I had any new meds a year ago, and she had never heard of Trimix. It was a little awkward explaining it to her, but I thought it should be in my GP's files. Should it be in my dermatologist's files too?

Do go for the full disclosure. I think we all face this. I am often asked about my ED injectable medication by medical professionals from nurses to doctors....yes, including my new dermatologist, another young, new female doctor.

I used to sometimes withhold the information when it just didn't seem relevant to the particular reason I saw certain specialists. But no more. It is relevant medical information and could effect treatment. Just the other day I had a first appointment with a new, young, female dentist. I'd listed my injection medication on the form I'd filled out. She asked me what it was and I told her, simply, that it was "for ED". These days, over 2 1/2 years since I started injections I am more proud than embarrassed to share that information, to make them aware that ED is common and that there are treatments beyond Viagra and Cialis.

I got past disclosing all my meds years ago. Last year I went for my quarterly dermatological scan 10 days after my implant. Had to disclose that... No hiding it. Oddly it seems Wednesday the doctor gets to see me with a hard dick again on my 14 day anniversary of this implant. Question is: Will he and the nurses expect to see me with an inflated dick from here on out?

I disclosed my ED meds and later, my implant to my dermatologist. Both she and the nurse were unfamiliar with implants and were interested in the procedure and the use. i told them in a clinical fashion and they thanked me. The dermatologist said she was glad I told her as when she probed my lymph nodes, she would have felt the reservoir and thought it was a large tumor.
I did not disclose either ED meds or the implant to my dentist & staff as I did not see any connection.
When I disclosed my implant to my internist, she, too was unfamiliar with them. i offered to give her a demonstration, which she thanked me for. She asked if she could have other patients with ED to contact me about the implant and several have.
