Venous Strip Surgery -- Should I Do It?

Hello guys. I've had ED for 21 years now. I've read about Dr. Hsu's venous strip surgery and am tempted in undergoing it. But I read it works on those who have venous leaks. But I dont have any leaks, just ED from forced, nasty medication at a hospital that gave me ED 21 years ago. That said, would I be a good candidate for this surgery in giving me hard erections again at will?

I really dont. Events in that part of my past still haunt me to this day. Rehashing on it will make me feel worse. Specifics arent important. Lets just say the medicine forced upon me for weeks wreaked havoc and incredible pain on my penile function on a daily basis among other bodily functions. After being released from the hospital my penis acquired an hour glass shape as a result.
No offense but I dont want to go beyond these details because of the reasons already explained. If we could now focus on the surgery pros and cons I would appreciate it. Hope you understand.

No problem! I just asked because I believe SSRIs caused my permanent sexual dysfunction. So I know it was likely SSRIs and/or anti-psychotics in your case. But I won't ask again! Good luck!

There are also some posts in the young members forum. Difinittly look into other alternatives before you consider surgery which is permanent.
All the best!

guy if you havent venous leak I dont know if it wont work for you.
But if you havent venous leak I guess your problem is arterial? Maybe you could do a cavernosography or arteriography and then you will know what is the problem

This surgery is a fraud. Don't do it.

Regarding the link the last comment was posted in 2015, not a good sign. Reading through it, it appears the success rate of his surgeries based on member posts alone which mind you isn't an accurate count since this comes from skimming through them seems to be 50/50. But on Hsu's site, he affirms a success rate of 90% thats consistent with pubmed based research.
This week I received an email from Dr. Hsu on whether his surgery would benefit someone like me who doesn't possess venous leakage. He confirmed my candidacy for it. But I'm apprehensive about it because of the 50/50 success rate of posters I read about on ed-forum. This is the conclusion I draw, which again isn't accurate. Thus I'm not sure about it.

Can you give reason why you state this?
