I'm wondering how effective these things are. I mean I know some folks say they stop working and maybe it's just because they are diab etic or have a heart condition or otherwise. Maybe that condition worsens and the pills stop being effective. OR....do they just stop working for no apparent reason?

Great question. Welcome. I have had luck with Cialis and Viagra and continue to do so.
That said, expect a lot of "it used to work" replies from men here. Which is very discouraging.

For me, Cialis and Viagra worked good for about 2 years, then it lost effect after. Now all of them do not do anything.
