Hi guys I was wondering if at 70ish your testes dry up and just don't ejaculate and is there a way to reverse it?

Most important is to stay hydrated. Without adequate water, all bodily fluids are limited

I'm really not sure, but I think the ejaculate is produced in the prostate.
I had a vasectomy, and know sperm doesn't make it that far.
Maybe somebody with more medical knowledge can chime in?

After taking synthetic testosterone for some years, my balls have shrunk.
I mentioned it to my Uro. He asked if that was a problem to me.
I had to admit it wasn't. I've heard they sometimes put plastic balls in fixed dogs to maintain their self esteem.

I've been on testosterone replacement therapy for 15 years, and my nuts are now about the size of grapes. It's not a problem, as there is now plenty of room in my scrotum for my new third nut -- the pump for my implant.

Also, almost all of the ejaculate (except for the sperm) is produced by the prostate. No prostate, no ejaculate.

I used to produce huge volumes of ejaculate. Could almost shoot to the ceiling lying on my back in bed jacking. After my 20 year stint of untreatable ED from a surgery I had was remedied with an implant I was shocked at how my volume had decreased to maybe a teaspoon. I have used testosterone replacement for about 5 years. My balls have shrunk to very small size, and scrotum has shrunk. I still ejaculate as much or more than I used to, although I do believe I am now sterile, which at my age (68) is fine...I do miss my balls, but hey, I prefer the horniness and solid erections the testosterone and Cialis give me.
