The message at the top of the page says that you have to be a member. I will double check.

If you are both in a FrankTalk chat room at the same time you could just open a private chat; otherwise there are lots of ways to chat online, like Skype, Google Hangout, etc.

I just learned that the Chat Room is NOT part of Frank Talk and therefore you DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO CHAT.
