I've been using a ved device for about 14 months with great results. This past month I've lost penis sensitivity and are not able to climax during intercourse.I've used man 1 cream
For sensitivity which has not helped. I've also taken Semenax for three weeks which has not helped. I've now found others that used a ved device and now have the same problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: sensitivity
I can't say I have lost any sensitivity from when I first used a VED to now. I have used a VED for years in addition to pumping once or twice daily.
Have you tried giving the pump and other dick related activity a couple of weeks rest?
If that doesn't work I would see a urologist.

Beaux,
Welcome to the forum.
I'm not a doctor or medical professional of any kind, so there's that. I would certainly consult with your doctor on the issue.
I also have some sensitivity issues but I assume mine originates from the nerve damage that occurred as a result of my radical prostatectomy. I did exclusively use a VED early on after my surgery when nothing was working at all, so I can't guarantee there isn't a connection between my insensitivity and VED use but I don't think there is.
You could try giving your dick a short break from the VED and see if that helps. Or perhaps just using it a bit might aggressively might help. Taking a break from aggressive or extended chickin chokin, if that at play, might also be worth trying. I assume you've kept the length of time you wear the constriction rings reasonably close to the recommended time duration limit for wearing one.
I have no magic bullet answers or suggestions for solving the issue. Just know you aren't alone.
I'm not one of those that's anal about members creating signatures but it can help other members better understand your situation and possibly reply with more relevant responses. I'm hesitant to make other suggestions while not having a better grasp of your situation.
Again, welcome to the forum. I hope you find some valid answers or suggestions to your concerns.
PS: Man I'm slow. I read Beaux's post before the other old man responded. so it took me some 30 minutes to read Beaux's post and reply. Holy Mackerel!

Re: sensitivity
I have been pumping and using a VED for about eight years. Until about one year ago, orgasm wasn’t an issue. Now sometimes I often go a month or more between orgasms. Accordingly, I don’t believe the VED reduces sensitivity to any great extent, though the constriction band definitely reduces sensitivity after 10 minutes or so
In my case, I feel the root cause of my ED - Diabetes is the cause of reducing the ability to orgasm.
