When I was trying the injections, I was telling my wife about the progress (or lack of) She was interested and curious. I finally gave up on the injections.
I then tried the pump and have had pretty good results. I mentioned this to her and even wanted to show her the rings and sleeve, etc. She didn't want to see it. She almost thought it was "creepy." She didn't say this but didn't want to see anything.
I am at an impasse. We don't sleep in the same rooms anymore. I don't know if I should try to go into her room and lay down beside her bed and "pump up" or try to get her primed and go to my room or a nearby bathroom and pump myself up. I have never tried walking with the "pumped up" erection.
She is pretty stressed these days. I would never try to push the issue but I am sure if I could get a natural erection, there would be no problem.
I will say using the pump after taking a Levetra yields a very nice erection.

I really don't know how to handle this. I think, if she could see the erection, she would be ok.

Any thoughts? By the way, I am a type 2 diabetic with very controlled blood suger. But, the damage was done.

I have never tried walking with the "pumped up" erection.

If you are using a restriction ring with your pump ... you should be Ok to walk from one room to another. If your erection fades ... then try a tighter ring. Just don't leave it on too long. Rule-of-thumb is if the head gets cold to the touch ... then release the ring, and massage your member to get the blood flowing again. Then repeat as needed ...

I am using the ErectAid with the rings now. Wife is very understanding about having to prepare. I haven't tried using it with the meds though. I was trying to get away from the side effects of the pills. I am getting more circulation in the penis after RRP surgery.

James, I went through a time like yours after my RP surgery. I tried all the usual ED treatments and nothing worked to mine or my wifes satisfaction. I finally gave up on sex in the usual way (penetration). I began just cuddling, kissing and touching. Eventually satisfying my wife with my hands and or my mouth. Once she had an orgasm or two she was open to try anything for me. Currently the only way I can get penetration is with injection and pumping with a constriction ring. I will normally inject before we start. This gives me a chubby but not a hard-on. She loves to play with my penis while I'm stimulating her to orgasm. If I decide to use the pump, I tell her to keep it wet for me, go into the bathroom pump it up and get back into bed. I really don't like the constriction ring so much of the time I just let her finish me off with her hands. My wife actually likes our sex life better now than she ever has. When I am in the pump mode, I pump up in the bathroom while going through my normal morning routine and my wife is doing her thing in the other bathroom. I usually make suRe my wife is finished and has returned to the bed to watch some tv or read her book. I then slip on my Osbon tenson band and kegel up my erection to its full potential. I proceed to get in beed next to my wife and start to cuddle up next to her with my erection laying against her thigh. After ten minutes or so, I get her to lay on her side facing away from me so I can give her a relaxing back rub. Could you ask your friend to ask his doctor what the blue pill is?

While it worked in the doctors office, I had so many issues I just couldnt deal with it. The had to keep changing the formulas and it was very painful. The pump works much better for me.

What you described sounds like a scenario that will work for us. It seems hard to get past the initial try but I think it will all work out once that first time after pumping is done.
