Add some sort or erotic stimulation. Have your girl help, suck on some titty, look at some porn, have erotic thoughts by some method. I have a difficult time pumping without some sort or erotic stimulation. No amount of erotic stimulation will give me a boner but I have to have it to successfully pump. Go figure!

I'm not at all familiar with the Soma device. But ignorance has never stopped me in the past from advancing an opinion. So here goes.
Penis pumps work by creating negative pressure in the cylinder. Blood flows into your dick in an attempt to equalize that pressure. I wonder if there is some kind of leak causing the pressure to equalize in the cylinder.
I use both medical and a LeLuv pump. I slao use a water pump.
The water pump is the most difficult to get right. When there is a problem the symptoms are similar to what you are experiencing. I have been able to resolve the issues by: 1. Shaving my pubic hair. 2. Using Vaseline or something similar on the edge of the pump that contacts my skin. 3. Replacing a leaky valve on the pump.
The fact you can get and keep an erection makes me think it may be your device. But then again I refer to my first 2 sentences.

I have a Soma VED and never had a problem pumping up a hard erection inside the cylinder after generating a vacuum. Maintaining it outside the vacuum cylinder is another story. I agree that the Soma system you are using may have a defect. My other thought is that your curvature may be exacerbated by the vacuum which causes a leak at the base when you pump up.

Gotta be a leek. Mental stimulation has nothing to do with VED. Its just a vacuum, just like "cupping" or anything else. Purely physical-could be in a coma!

Not my experience! Sure if I work at it hard enough I can pump up sans stimulation, but with difficulty and not near as well. It's like the valves try to remain closed without the stimulation. With the stimulation pumping is easy. Unfortunately all of the erotic stimulation in the world, visual, mental or physical won't give me an erection without a pump or injection. Pills don't work for an erection but they can also help with pumping.ShouldIwait wrote:.... Mental stimulation has nothing to do with VED. ..... Purely physical-could be in a coma!
