Issue with pump
I noticed at times the pump will start to suck in the fat around the base. Or it will suck in my balks. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
46 yr old. Married swinger. Implanted AMS 700 in Nov 2023. ED started in mid 40's with diabetes. TriMix worked but had scar tissue.
Re: Issue with pump
When im pumping without a constriction ring, i press firmly to the pelvis which helps keep the ball sac and skin at the base from getting too sucked up past the tube holder. try not to over pump. It will swell up your foreskin more than it can take. Once im at my lenght in tube, i go to about 5-6 on the pump for me. everyone is different depending on size so it might vary. Becarefull with pumping, use common sense and it'll work.

Re: Issue with pump
Try a smaller tube with a wider base such as LA Pump.
1967 model. Looking for futur options. Using Cialis or Viagra with Good/mix results with the bad side effects.

1. As previously mentioned, try a smaller diameter pump.
2. There are "shields" that can be used. I have never tried one so can't say if they work.
3. A penile foam sleeve from U&Me Time. I use one of these and it works great. Measure your flaccid circumference and
choose the appropriate size. http://uandmetime.com/products/store/#e ... ct=4958534
4. A cheap Sex shop ring around the boys, if properly fitted, can help keep then out of the way.

Re: Issue with pump
I bought this foam sleeve and very happy to report that it makes the VED much more comfortable!
2017: Bladder cancer, RC with IC. No erections. Use Ring, VED, Trimix.
Re: Issue with pump
great advice, also you can try keeping the cylinder and the base of your penis dry free from lube, if you can get a good seal then it should prevent your sack and ball being sucked up. its a bit slower but i oftend go completly dry, just have to go very slowly, getting some good feelings, still mange too reach full erection size.
