The VED should have either come with some rubber cylinder ends of various sizes (adapter bushings) or given you the option of buying them. I have the BOS-2000-2, standard kit. I purchased it from VitalityMedical.com(less than $200). It came with 3 adapter bushings of different sizes.
If the VED is sucking up a testicle then it’s too wide. If it feels like it’s cutting into your body around the top of your penis then you probably need the adapter bushing.

Re: Wrong areas pulled in
I had the problem on a couple of occasions where one of my testicles was being pulled in – not comfortable! I have learned to hold my scrotum out of the way when beginning to pump and also watch carefully. I’m no longer experiencing that problem. I especially have to be careful as I'm using an Erecaid pump with rings loaded and no sleeve. The large opening of the cylinder is pressed against my groin using just a thin runner shield. Proceed slowly and carefully!

Do you have an image or link to what you are talking about? I have the vacutech and an encore, but never heard of bushings. The encore device did have a thin latex sheet that was meant to exclude scrotal skin. I never had much success with it because I couldn't get a good seal with the thin rubber between the skin and the device.
You can do an internet search for BOS-2000-2, and look for the one from Vitality Medical. Or go to vitelitymedical.com, impotence, penis pumps. And look at the various options. You will come across a picture of the adapter, they call them cylinder adapters. On the invoice I received they call them “adapter bushings”. I’ve ordered two, the first lasted over a year and the button wore out. Both came with three adapters. The description on their website doesn’t say it comes with the adapters. The one that does say it comes with adapters costs more. The ones I bought are $189. You may be able to call them if you want to verify it. Maybe they will just sell you the adapters. They sent me a catalog of accessories but the adapters aren’t listed.
Let me know if you need more info.

If you are not using rings, you might want to try the following sleeve. I have used it for quite a while and found it very comfortable and inexpensive. So far has not let the pump pull in any part that's not wanted. Works well for me for training but not when I'm using rings. I bought several because I found that they eventually tear with daily use.

I'm not at all familiar with the Vacurect. I don't know how well the foam sleeve would work with that pump.
I use an Encore and the penile foam tube keeps scrotal tissue out of the pump. In addition it greatly lessens the "snap" of the rings being applied. It lessens the discomfort of tight rings. It helps me slide off the rings when done. With plenty of lube the foam tube with the rings slides off easier.
$20 dollars for a bit of foam is pricey, but considering the benefits I find it to be a bargain.

Yes, it's does stretch a lot and still provides a comfortable good seal. Give it a try - it's very inexpensive and you'll probably be happy with it. Post results when and if you try it.
