Re: penis pump
If you have venous leakage ... it doesn't matter what pump you use, as the erection will fade without the use of a ring. The tightness of the ring is the key to maintaining your erection ... however be careful not to leave the ring on too long. If your glans feel cold or becomes numb ... remove ring, massage to restore blood flow and repeat. A rice sock really helps in these cases where your glands feel cold.
An adjustable ring that I used ($7) ... and can be worn while pumping, or slide over the pump when you are ready.

Re: penis pump
My preferred constriction device is the Osbon tension band. They can be had for about $17 on the Internet. It is tight, durable (I have been using mine two or three times a week for over a year), easy to put on and take off, and effective. Twenty minutes is the max time it can be used.
