VED to restore/preserve size

Hey Guys,

I am 2 days into VED and was wondering if I could get your thoughts on my current protocol and how to successfully gain the benefits of VED while also avoiding the adverse effects.

right now I am pumping up to my full erection from soft and holding it for about 1 minute then releasing the pressure and repeating 20x sometimes with breaks from the pump.

Occasionally I will get a slight pain at the base for a second when performing my final pumps to full erection. Does that mean I am over pumping or how do I avoid that??? I do not have a pressure gauge on my somacorrect.

Non-medical professional opinion:

If the pain is caused by the cylinder pressing against your pelvic bone that's apples. Probably not good but also probably nothing to do with your dick. Oranges is any pain in or on your dick. Don't do that. If you're experiencing pain you need to back off. You can pump to slight discomfort. That the signal to stop and back off a bit.

If you like your dick then use caution.

When I pump, it's easy to get discomfort at the base.
Perhaps try pulling on the tube just a little bit under vacuum and resetting it. A couple gentle pulls, maybe a tiny twist.
See if that works.
My go-to for pain at the base.

Get a silicon insert for the VED and trim so it is only at base...much less pain
