Sorry, I had to laugh too, but I know at the time it wasn't a laughing matter. I can see your eyes bugging out, along with your Johnson, lol.

Yes, you need to shave around the base some, but you don't need to get carried away. What diameter cylinder did you get? What is your erect girth? You may need to get a seal for your cylinder, or not! Did you lube your pubic area, and the inside of the cylinder? You only need to run a couple lubed fingers around the inside few inches of your tube, not the entire inside. When you start pumping go slow, 3-4 pumps at a time, hold the cylinder high up away from your balls, and if you have to, once you start getting some vacuum pull down (easy) on your testicles, that will help keep them away from the tube. Try these suggestions and let me know how you make out.

Ouch!!! :D

I found that the lube helped with creating the seal for the suction, but caused the problem with the nads wanting to get sucked up into the tube.

I agree with the technique that a spontaneous1 suggests. I did all that too. I actually held onto my nads with one hand until my Johnson’s base filled up the tube, then i was confident that they were safe and finished pumping it up.

In the end, the penile sleeve works really well for me and I don’t have to worry about it any more.

Good luck!
