I have been using vacuum erection pumping for several years. It does add girth and usable length, in combination with Kegels. It the strengthing of the kegel muscle that adds usable length. I use a cheap FreeSpace brand pump with a Vacurect Tension Ring on it. Recently I have added a stretchable silicone cock ring applied to the base of the cock before pumping. The tension shield hold the cock ring in place
