Lump from pump

Too much suction...? I started pumping about 2 weeks ago and seemed to be making good progress. On Friday I lost the erection despite using the tension system and doing everything I had done before with success. I also noticed that my girth was expanding to the point that I was reqally having to tug to get out of the penis pump tube. Then on Saturday I noticed it looked like a lump forming at the base of the penis. I pressed with my thumb and the lump went back down and the erection appeared to stay on for another 10 minutes or so until I released it. Any one have any ideas what's going on? I've got an appointment with Urologist Wednesday for an injection but I'm affraid my one back up plan seems to be going down in flames. I'm using a Vacurect with no apparent pump issues. Thanks for any advise.

The lost erection may mean you need to use a tighter ring or maybe two rings. I think the major mistake may people make is they try to relate penis girth to ring size. A large girth does not mean you need a large ring, you need to try different rings to decide what works for you. I too had the problem of getting the tube off because of to much girth but with applying lub to penis and foam sleeve the problem has pretty gone away. The lump next to the ring is not that unusual, I get it all the time when I don't use the foam sleeve, with the foam sleeve I can't tell if the lump exists.

Thanks Joey. The bulge hasn't happened again. I've found that if I put the tension ring on first and the sleeve on next the sleeve acts to hold the bulge in. Also a little more lube seems to act as a sealant. So things are going better for me. Have you ever heard of a fractured penis? Google it if you care to. That was a possibility in my mind and I sure didn't want that. When I was young we were playing on a floating bouy with a metal mast and flag. I got the great idea to stand on it, slipped and did a real nut cracker as I went down. Needless to say it hurt, but I was embarrased and just walked bold legged for a few days. I guess time will tell, but so far so good. Again thanks for your help.
