Instant Deflation

Hi, new here. Been pumping about two weeks to deal with ED issues. I get an erection about the size I used to be but it returns to flaccid instantly as I let the pressure off.

5 minutes twice a day at -75Mlbs. Should I go longer and/or more often or am I just doomed?

Thanks,

Get a pump WITH A GAUGE!

After getting a good seal pump 2 - 3 pumps at a time until you get to, and then maintain, 3 hg.

After 5 minutes release the pressure a little at a time over a 30 second period. Remove the cylinder and massage your penis "gently" all around, like you're trying to start a fire by rubbing two sticks together (firegoat rolls), for at least 2 minutes, taking a total break of five minutes before starting the next set.

Start the whole process over for a second set, only this time pump up to 4 hg., repeating all steps above exactly the same way.

Start again for a 3rd and final set, pumping up to 5 hg. this time, again repeating all steps listed above exactly as stated.

Do this routine Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, no more.

NOTE: Pumping at higher pressures can result in discoloration, edema, blisters, broken capillaries, and poor erection quality (EQ), that's why it is a must to use a VED with a gauge. It may be tempting to try and see how big you can get, but don't, slow and steady. You can have a bloated hunk of meat, or a functioning penis with good erection quality, plus you'll probably start to notice a return of nocturnal erections and morning wood.

If you want to have sex, get yourself a constriction band. Slip the band over the base of your VED, place the cylinder over your penis, slowly pump up to a full erection, and then slip the band off the end of the VED and onto the base of your erect penis. This can be a little tricky to get the band around your penis base without losing the vacuum. Make sure you use plenty of lube (I recommend coconut oil) for easy removal of the band later, and you'll want to trim your pubes around the base too to keep from getting them pulled out by the band when you do remove it. You want to get the band onto your base without releasing any vacuum (and losing your erection) until you get it in place, then you just remove the cylinder. If it's the right tension it will keep you erect until you remove it, but don't leave it on longer than 25 minutes. I personally don't leave it on longer than 20. You may have to experiment with different band tensions to find the one that maintains your erection, and no, girth isn't the determining factor in sizing.

Thanks for the info. Using pump on lowest setting that goes to -17.5, doubt I'm anywhere near that. I stop pumping when I feel a little discomfort.

Not sure what 17.5 is but you should be going by the InHg reading (black numbers on my gauge). Don't go over 5 In. Hg. when pumping for the ED sets. If you feell discomfort you're probably already a lot higher than 5Hg. You can't go by feel, that's the reason for the gauge.

When using the VED to pump up for sex, just pump up slowly (4-5 pumps, wait 5 seconds, repeat) till you're fully erect, or slightly over, then slip off the band and have fun.

So even at full 17.5 Mbar I'd be between 3 and 6 Hg Right?

1 mbar to in Hg = 0.02953 in Hg

10 mbar to in Hg = 0.2953 in Hg

20 mbar to in Hg = 0.5906 in Hg

30 mbar to in Hg = 0.8859 in Hg

40 mbar to in Hg = 1.1812 in Hg

50 mbar to in Hg = 1.4765 in Hg

100 mbar to in Hg = 2.953 in Hg

200 mbar to in Hg = 5.906 in Hg

17.5mbar would put you at around 0.5 HG no? or am I seeing things lol. You would need to use around 127mbar to be at 5Hg

Hi Mike, did you ever figure this out? I'm in the same situation. I go flaccid INSTANTLY as the pressure leaves.

When you create a vacuum blood flows into your penis to try to equalize the pressure.
When you release the vacuum the blood flows back out unless you have used a constriction ring.
Creating a stiff dick via a pump is NOT the same as getting a natural erection.
Married 50+ years. Use VED for sex and do
daily exercises with both water and vacuum pumps.
