Shilajit - any thoughts?

Hi,
Recently I have been able to start having some minor night time erections after 4 years that I had my RP. I have been using VED but not as often as I should. Sometimes I take 50mg sildenafil before bed because they also don't work but lately I have been waking up with a slight erection by its own.
I heard about Shilajit and that it can do wonders for men in a broad spectrum of conditions. Has anybody tried this natural thing?

I tried it for a few months and didnt feel anything. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect but it certainly didnt make me horny. Also with stuff like that purity and dosage are unknowns.

I quit those things and threw them in the trash. They were giving me more headaches than the sildenafil.
On to try something else.
