This part of the forum has become important reading to me and several of you a very good and helpful discussing your successes which is become important to me now.
It has been a few years so I was not sure how it would go. Full description of my efforts FYI and understanding
NSFW: Two attempts at penitrative sex. I am on 2.5mg Cialis daily (was good for morning wood for a year and a half, not so much past month). For the attempts I took 10mg Cialis 60-90 minutes prior and a 20mg Sildenafil under my tongue 20-30 minutes prior.
1st attempt erection seemed fine. Could not penitrate and began to lose erection. She was not very flexible in the legs/hips so angle of entry was not perfect which made missionary unsuccessful.
2nd attempt 4 days later. Same problem with missionary attempt. Was able to penitrate in doggie position. Erection not satifying. Layed her on side straddled her bottom thigh while pushing her upper leg toward her to penitrate. This was my ex wife and my favorite. Erection good enough to penitrate but not really get moving good, did this til I ejaculated.
I won't be putting in the effort with this person again. No connection on my part. Also there was zero feedback or effort on her part. I would do whatever needed to give her an orgasm, yet had no clue what was working.
My plan moving forward. Have Dr. increase Cialis to 5mg daily. Use VED more consistant to slow loss of function, though it is difficult as my cat screams non-stop if I close bathroom door, lol. Try Erecaid rings. Get off Lexapro, if something else is available. Thank you.

I first came to the FT forum 13 years ago. At that time the advice was Trimix.
I stubbornly and stupidly rejected the idea and spent the next ten years struggling with pills and cock rings. They sort of worked. But my wife was so unfulfilled she rarely wanted sex.

Feed up with the lack of sex because of my poor erections, I contacted a urologist, who agreed in a phone call that lasted less than two minutes that Trimix would be a good fit. That was two years ago and except for one miss-fire, I have been hard even for sex.

Now I have to ask my wife if she has had enough. And as an added benefit none of the side effects of pills

I am sure going to injections would be a quick easy fix for me, I think.
I am not really in a relationship or even dating regular so I have read sever success stories here using pills and or VED.
I do feel for general penis health I should increase Daily Cialis to have more regular morning wood if possible, because that is fun also.

If you are already having problems with the pills, then rest assured it will not get any better. Trimix is your next step my friend.

I have said this on other forums though it is wasted effort.
"Nobody, rather 18yrs old or 80yrs old believe this (ED) will ever be 'their' problem. I am guilty of this, I had a general idea that plenty of men had difficulties, yet it did not pertain to me. A shame because so many have so much to learn before it is too late. "Nobody understands how it feels to lose the ability to get morning wood, spontanious erection or be able to penitrate a partner you love more than anything." Those without a penis can be 'understanding', yet they have no clue how demoralizing it is.
