Welcome to the forum!

What is the extent of your ED? What meds have you tried? Have you considered injections?

You'll get a variety of opinions on which pump is best. Some will insist you need a vacuum gauge. Are you intending to use it with constriction rings?

I like the Osbon Erecaid system with the Osbon tension (constriction) rings. It's certainly not the cheapest option. No gauge.

Dodbee57, I use the same setup as Bldoink: Osbon Erecaid Classic with their constriction rings. For me it works great but it's a little pricy. I tried other VED's and VED systems but found this the best - especially the design of their rings and the ease of placing the rings on the tube. One word of advice - make sure your testicles are kept away from the tube when pumping - not very comfortable especially if they're on the inside of the rings. Also observe the time limitation.

LeLux Maxi Series has a Guage, Available at Amazon and most Sex Toy Stores.
I have posted several posts on VED therapy, do a search on me. I followed Dr. Dineen VED Therapy for pre surgery IPP.
I marked dots on the Guage as targets and goals as suggested by Dr. Dineen.
Note: this Guage has quick disconnects for penile, vulva, nipple clit tubes.

I am assuming you are in the market for a medical grade vacuum erection device. I use an Encore Deluxe. Comes with a manual and an electric pump.
I got one with the idea that if things worked out I could upgrade down the line. The Encore worked so well for me I never bothered upgrading.

Expect to spend some time learning to use whichever VED you choose. Also time and money selecting types and number of rings to use.
Married 50+ years. Use VED for sex and do
daily exercises with both water and vacuum pumps.

I have been using the Vacurect system. ALSO, not cheap. It comes with 10 different size rings. I use the larger ones to "rehab" my cock daily to keep length and girth. When I want to have sex (or jerk off) I use a smaller ring which gets me rock hard. This takes patience and experimentation. I will honestly say that the first time I used it to get a decent erection I was in pain and panicked to get it off...swearing I would never use it again! But seeking out videos, and talking to guys on forums like these helped me to figure out how to use it properly.

Dodbee57, are you in the United States?

I have a manual VED that I don’t use anymore, I got it three months before my implant surgery Nov 5th 2021. I got it from the Urology Store.

Encore Deluxe......plain and simple. It worked so well and pretty easy to use. You get all you need in one package.....Sleeve, manual pump, battery power pump, cone, restrict bands, manual and CD, and sample lube, all in a nice carrying case.
