Is there a reason some of these pumps are in the $300 range while I see some on Amazon for $30 and they are best sellers. They all do the same thing basically no?

I bought one on amazon for about 35.00 worked great had 4 different levels easy to clean .. after I got a mallabble and can't use a pump I passed it along to a friend.
