I am in Aus. I use a HydroMax in the shower. I love water everywhere. And have learnt to use soft wide cock rings on the shaft and conventional one on the ball sack. One at a time until I am right up there. It comes with a strap so you can shave in the shower, while your old fellow gets a workout
1955. I have had ED for years. We were going for a Rigicon Infla10 in October 2024. Life got in the way (heart attack & stent), so we are now going for injections as a fill-in.

Folks ,I went with a Encore Deluxe and it has everything with it ,On the rings I wish the size was printed on them that way you would know what size you need. Any way it works pretty good for the money. Thanks guys for the help.

It looks to me like the Encore's sliding mechanism to push the ring onto the penis would be great. I hate doing that by hand!

Is it as helpful as it looks?

When I want to have sex (or jerk off) I use a smaller ring which gets me rock hard. This takes patience and experimentation. I will honestly say that the first time I used it to get a decent erection I was in pain and panicked to get it off...swearing I would never use it again! But seeking out videos, and talking to guys on forums like these helped me to figure out how to use it properly.

This thing scares me. Isn't it really difficult to get the ring off?

Hi,

I started with the Encore Deluxe. Great product, a little pricy, but it doesn’t have a pressure gauge. I quickly learned from this site that monitoring the pressure is critical. I actually added a pressure gauge to mine. Ordered it off of Leluv, drilled a hole, and screwed it in.

You should not pump up over 5 lbs. You can hurt yourself

I hope this helps and answers your questions.
