Just got my first pump today and looking forward to start using it. My thanks to all on the forum who have posted on this topic with out your posts I would have gone about it all wrong. Will post again in a couple of weeks

Hi,
my pump arrived today. I unpacked it and gave it a look over.Having to go out a few errands I left it on my night stand. Got back in late afternoon and decided to give it a try.
I followed the suggestions outlined by fellow posters. WOW! not using the constriction rings just using it for conditioning gained a rock solid erection over 5" long with a large increase in girth. have not had a proper hard on for years so delighted with today's results. Viagra, cialis etc simply did nor work for me and left me feeling ill for a couple of days after, just cant believe that something as simple as this vac device can start to turn it around. Keep you posted.

Hi Andy, sorry but it is an unbranded item. Its basically an acrylic plastic tube about 9"long one end open for your penis and a nipple on the other to connect to the hand pump via a tube. The cylinder is about 17/8 dia. Two reducers are supplied for if you are a bit smaller. I started with the larger of the two and could not get the tube of when\i grew a bit. You get a loading cone. two foils of lubricant . 3 rings of diff diameters and a bag to keep it all in. I have to say did not pay big bucks for it as on a fixed pension but was very pleased with the results. using the recommended conditioning exercises twice yesterday and again this evening and got up to 5 1/2" or just over and girth bigger than any in my history. I have had ED for a long time due to meds and have not experienced a lot in the way of erections in that time. Hi All, just explaining to Andy that I bought a pump on line. When i clicked on buy now I must have clicked twice, so guess what. Yes I now have two vacuum pumps. Two pumps and one penis! I paid £27 = £45 for the kit detailed on my earlier post. If anyone is interested in buying at my cost i can ship anywhere ( will get a postal cost) Pm me if interested. Now about 4/5 days into using my VD. I have used it twice a day up to now and have been amazed at the increase in girth over this time. My Vd has two spacers supplied with it for if you are a bit smaller. I used the mid sized one at first but after a couple of days could not get my penis out of the cylinder and now just use the tube on its own. never as thick as this even when a young man. Length about 5 1/2" .Please bear in mind that I have not had a usable erection in years, I have been on the largest daily doses of Amlodipine and Ramipril for my BP for a long time. I have tried using one of the constriction rings today and stayed rock hard for about 10 mins, I put the pump back on and soon got back up again. No hinge effect just straight out in front, it goes a bit darker in colour but no noticeable cooling. Very pleased with the results!

Sounds like you got the hang of it. Just remember that 20 minutes is about the max you can leave the constriction band on before the lack of oxygenated blood starts to take a toll.
