can we use one ring instead of the two rings

Postby lming44 » Wed Jan 26, 2011 2:57 am

I have not tried to use pump yet. I heard that it will cause the discomfort if you put on 2 rings during the sex. My question is : can we use one ring instead of the two rings during sex ? I guess that one ring may not keep your erection harder and for the enough time

Iming,
The pump is a great treatment, but it is, by far, the steepest learning curve. Way before you even attempt to use it for sex, you must use it for daily therapy and get used to it. By the time you attempt to use it for sex, you need to know everything about it and be totally comfortable and have it be second nature, or it can simply interfere too much.

At least once a day do the therapy (no rings) so that your penis will be used to it and engorge quickly. Then try all the different sized rings - start with the largest and then go to next size if it does not hold. With the ring on, masturbate to get used to the sensation. This also gives you time (and an activity) to see if the ring is working.

If the rings works through a vigorous JO session (use lube), then attempt sex. But, do not expect to orgasm from PIV for quite some time. Your body will adjust and respond, but give it time. Eventually, you will like the pump and your partner might like the increased girth it gives too! You are a walking sex toy!

Please get the penile sleeve from USA Mediquip. men who have pumped for years LOVE this helper. More comfort, more stability.

If you need help, post questions. Look at David's video. He's good.

By all means try one ring, but as Paul said get used to using the pump first before you try using the rings. The use of the rings are very personal. One person may only require the use of one large ring while another requires the use of two small rings. When it comes to the rings, you have to experiment. But always, always, never wear the rings longer than 30 minutes. Also look for my post where I reviewed the USAMedEquip penile sleeves to use in conjunction with the pumps, and also my pumping videos to help you get started. The penile sleeves really make wearing the rings much more comfortable.

I use up to four rings. I find if I use a larger one with a smaller one, the larger one will ride over the smaller one and sometimes pinch, so I use all the same size usually a 4. I just ordered some 3's thinking I won't have to use as many. I recently got a sleeve and really like it. I got the extended sleeve and it causes johnny to stay in a more upright position, plus the rings don't hurt or cause pinching because they are on the extension rather than on johnny. I started using the coconut oil that several of you guys suggested and it is great. I was having problems climaxing but with the coconut oil I climax every time. Thanks guys. The down side of using it is, it is messier than the tube kind, but like the results so will continue. I have been using the pump since the early eighties so have lots of experience. I recently been reading replies about daily pumping, something I had never heard of before. I started doing that because I quit having nocturnal erections. So am hoping this will help.
