Rings
Rings
I've tested a lot of cock rings to help with my venous leakage . I have an encore pump but the rings I've tried that are compatible are very painful to use -they dig into my skin and eliminate most of the pleasure I get. Is there a more comfortable option that can be used with a pump? Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

Re: Rings
I agree with Elbowroom, try Osbon ErecAid rings.

I'm not clear on what your needs are. Are you using the pump with injections? Or are you totally dependent on the pump and medical grade rings. If you're wanting medical grade rings that are tight enough to hold the pumped erection by themselves then Osbon ErecAid rings are the ticket. But they'll also need to be pretty darn tight to hold the erection by themselves, if you have no natural erection or injection response. If you're totally dependent on the rings then tight is the ticket. Some guys have had success using penis sleeves between the rings and their dicks to ease the discomfort. Some guys even use two rings with a sleeve.
If you just need the rings to supplement a natural or injection erection that has just been boosted by the pump, then you can find many novelty/sex shop rings that you can slip onto the pump to be deployed. Most won't have the ears that aid in removal but you can find some that do, I have. The ring set I've mentioned in the "Cock Ring" thread in the "Members Only" sub-forum has a few sizes that should work.

Re: Rings
Thanks for the response. I've tried injections up to a quad mix but found them useless which made me confirm that I had venous leakage. I now just use a pump and rings. I was looking for a soft ring with good tension. I've heard of the Osborn rings but haven't tried them yet because of mixed reviews about fit and durability. I was hoping for several options in terms of different rings so I could experiment. The Encore rings did keep me hard but they were so painful as to desensitized my dick to the point i couldn't have an orgasm. I will try the Osborn.

They are far more durable than the Erect-Aid Mach Rings I used previously. The Osbon rings are a harder material and work just as well.
As an aside, you can use Viton o-rings that are dirt cheap too. You have to play around to get the exact right size for you and your pump with the right tension, but they do work are you can get dozens for a few bucks.

I have no personal experience with the sleeves but it sounds like something you should try. I did a quick search and turned this one up but you should be able to find more: https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=25453&p=240464&hilit=penis+sleeve#p240464 The poster of the above (RJ_in_Pa) was last active today so maybe he'll see your post or you could PM him for more info.
