I ordered the large size sleeve and just used it for the first time this weekend. I'll be ordering again! It works very well, much better than just my Osbon rings alone. I was able to use the next size down ring combo and maintain a better erection than before. I may even be able to go down one more level to just one ring instead of two. I started using the foam sleeve about 2 months ago and really like it. I got the largest one and even though I am bigger than the sleeve I just put the sleeve in the pump and put the head of my penis against the opening; start pumping and it draws my penis in. I got the extended kind that protudes 2" from the base. It gives my penis more support to stay up and get rid of some of the wiggle. I have been using a pump for many years and this is the first thing I have come across that holds it stiffer. My wife can't tell I have it on when I'm in her. Thanks for sharing.

Hi all, I’ve only had my pump for 2 months now and the constriction ring is very painful when I slide it off of my pump and onto my penis. I’ve seen the ad for the foam penile sleeve and I read the review. The review was very imformative , thanks for such detailed info. I would like to purchase the sleeve but I have one question. On the website for the sleeve it says to measure when flaccid and in the review it says to measure when erect. I just wanted to confirm which way was the correct way to measure. My circumference when erect is “3 7/8” so I think I will need Size #1 but I just want to be sure before ordering. Thanks

My advice would be to buy two .. the #1 and #2. Also, is the 3 7/8 a pumped and ring circumference?

Using one a little larger than you need is good -- you might expand to fit and that will be a bonus for your Missus.

I got the #2 and #3 .. and the #3 ended up allowing TOO much expansion -- Missus complained it was too much girth.
(but it sure looked pornstar-like and impressive!).
The #2 was a tight fit did restrain the girth, BUT also increased overall hardness. So pretty good stuff whichever way you go. I got one of the longer extended ones .. that was pretty nice too .. but not sure if absolutely needed since the regular length did a pretty good job supporting the shaft anyways.

Thanks for the advice. The “3 7/8” circumference is pumped and with a ring. I’ll try the 2 size’s as you suggested and I think I’ll get the extended length sleeve also.
