Hi guys. I bought this pump a couple of years ago and have never been able to enjoy it because the crappy seal ring is more like a wind tunnel. It conforms to my crotch just fine, but it doesn't fit snugly to the base of the tube so the pump just sucks air right past it, no grip, no vacuum pressure. The base of the cylinder is the inverse of most normal flared tubes, so I can't retrofit a universal silicone base to it. This pump was expensive and I don't want to trash it, so any advice is very welcome. Also included a pic of my stuff in a standard tube for reference. I've been pumping a long time and bought some garbage products in the past, but for the price I paid this one should work better. Thanks!
PS: I should add that I'm wary of anything like caulk or superglue for a permanent seal, but if that what it takes I'll do it.

Interesting looking toy, also the VED is unique.
A thick lube may help.
Also wonder about Osbon Easy Seal.

Thanks! I tried vaseline! Unless it's epoxy, it's too fluid to hold the seal and epoxy could damage the cylinder
The Osbon looks like exactly what I need for my other pump, though. Thanks!

Probably need to shave a bit, doesn’t look like a good seal against your pubes. Check out LA pumps. You look like a 2” diameter tube. Add a standard brake bleeder pump if you need or want.

Re: Help finding a better base seal
I suggest a vacuum erection pump sleeve which can be purchase on Amazon or probably e-bay. I use a clear silicon one which is very inexpensive and works great as long a you also use lubrication. From the picture or your VED, which is very different from others I've seen, it should fit. Also, as someone else said, it would help to manscape the area to a get better seal.
