When you go into the cylinder, make sure you hold it tight up against the underside of your shaft and push fairly hard into your fat pad when you first start to pump. The

The OSBON ERECAID ESTEEM is the best pump by design. Pricey but keep things where they belong. I have used several other models and none compared especially in design. They used to be covered by Medicare. The VA still does.

I find that lowering body fat really helps a lot.

I started pumping when I was at 19% body fat and it was really hard to "manage" down there.

Not to mention I couldn't get the suction to stay.

But once I lowered my body fat to around 14%, it was so much easier.

I got most of these tips from a penis pump guide I found while searching.
