Hello to everyone!
I a little confused with the clasifications of the cylinder size, and which one is right for my Budy.
My flaccid penis is 12cmx11.5cm (4.7inchX4.5inch). In erect goes to 18cmX15cm (7.09incX5.9inch)
My intention is to pump to have a good outfloow and infloow of blood, and to maintain lenght/girth, and the elasthicity of the tissue. If a gain more size in both ways, cool. But not my priority now.
Can you help me, and indicate my wich woul be the right cylinder size in this particular dick case?
Another thing.... about the sleeves, are they necesary, or not? what about the rings?
All info will be very much helpfull to your argentinian mate!
Cheers!
Francisco

Re: Need help with the cylinder size!
I think most VEDs have an 8 inch cylinder. Since you may be a little longer with the device, it may be close. Luckily, a lot of the VEDs allow you to purchase a larger cylinder. My suggestion would be to call the company you plan to purchase from and give them your measurements.
Am I correct that you don't intend to use for sex? If not, you won't need to worry about rings. Sleeves aren't required, but may make it work better. I'm looking into these as well.

Re: Need help with the cylinder size!
Is the girth measurement (diameter) at the base? Is that that the area of largest girth?
Circumference (girth, circumference, diameter, etc.) Calculator: https://www.omnicalculator.com/math/circumference
I have the ErecAid Esteem with the standard tube I have a larger erect girth than you and it works OK with lube but constricts me some at the base, but causes no issues. Length isn't an issue. You're longer but I have plenty of length to spare. It has a good 8 1/4+ of usable length. It has an internal diameter of about 2" at it's most narrow point, the opening. That equals a girth measurement of about 6.28" or 15.96cm. It gets gradually wider as it goes up, with the widest point at the top where the pump is. They also make larger tubes but I think the standard would work for you.
I also have a novelty Nasstoys brand battery pump. Obviously not the same quality but was also a lot cheaper. The walls of the tube are thinner which may effect comfort and I've had to make repairs. It accommodates a much larger girth but would be borderline too short for you. It'd probably work OK but you'd be using all of the length. It came with a couple of attachments that are intended for masturbation while using the pump. They were useless to me and seem designed for those with less girth so probably wouldn't work for you either.
You should be able to find the internal dimensions for any of the medical grade brands. The novelty brands may be a crap shoot.
I doubt you'll need the addition of a sleeve.
Constriction rings will probably be needed it you plan to use the VED for more than therapy.

Re: Need help with the cylinder size!
I have an Encore pump. Encore makes two size cylinders. I have the large cylinder. It's 2-1/8" inside diameter and 10" long. I don't know if any other company makes one bigger. This one is a little snug on my girth but the length is ok. I also have a sex store pump and cylinder that is a larger girth. If you are just going to use it for penis exercise and potential growth, I would recommend a sex store cylinder and pump. You can graduate to larger sizes as you develop.
75 yrs. old. Married. I used viagra from 2007 t0 2017. I have venous leakage. I started injections in September 2017. I've used the Xialla cock ring along with Trimix since June 2020 with excellent results. I pump on a daily basis to maintain my size.
Re: Need help with the cylinder size!
The function of the sleeve is to look the seal so the suction doesn´t get with the fatty area of penis?
I though It was for that!
