Pump hangs too close to balls

I can barely squeeze the pump without clipping my balls and irritating them. I don't know if I have large balls or there is not enough room in my scrotum but it's increasingly becoming a problem.
25 years old, implanted January 2018 by Dr. Andrew Kramer with AMS LGX 700 3 piece for severe peyronies disease and ed.
