My uro prescribed the Osbon pump and the 4 rings. I pumped at least 2-3 days before trying the rings on. The ring applicator is really a good invention. I am enjoying pumping as well. I am seeing some lengthening and the girth has improved immensely. As far as permanent growth, I am doing some jelqing and have some weights which I will resume using( used them prior to surgery). I do feel like the pump does wake my penis up and I am just trying to get used to what size bands I will use. The D is a little tight but really makes my penis engorged and impressive. I did go have the rep coach me and he said it was important to make sure the bands were on straight, with the ears on the sides. I am pumping 3 times a day. Just hoping that I can use this instead of the pills as it has no side effects.

Once Viagro was no longer effective, I relied on constriction as the primary means of inducing and maintaining my erections for several years. However, I did have to take a reduced dose of Viagra or Cialis to "prime the pump." I started Trimix a year ago because I got tired of being forced to complete the act within 20 minutes or waiting 10 to 20 minutes to reapply the constriction.
