I'm going to start pumping this week in order to keep size while with ed and I would like to know couple of things. Is it possible to regain lost size with pumping? And I would like to know where I can find more information about pumping, as I never pumped before. Is it possible to permantly damage your dick? I'm kinda afraid also.

It appears after reading this and with personal experience, you can at least keep size. I am sure you can do damage, but don't pump so much that you feel lot's of pain. Probably best to discuss with your doc.

Yes think you can regain lost size, well i did, I regained 1.5 inch in length plus a extra 1 inch in girth, you have to be a bit careful when you start pumping, don't go all the way take it easy for the first 2 weeks, no more than 15 minute sessions, if at any time you feel pain stop, don't forget use plenty of lub gel on penis and in cylinder.

If you are primarily interested in gaining size and not therapy to improve erection quality, check out the following Forum at PE Gym and scroll down to Pumping. Lots of information on how to gain size using a vacuum pump.

I am using the pump to try to regain size or at least maintain size while i have ed. I did my first pump session. My dick actually seemed to be larger than the normal erection I had before ed. Does that mean I haven't lost size just don't have a decent erection?

Is 0.3 bar too much pressure to pump? I did it 0.3 bar the whole time. .Could someone tell me if that's dangerous?

I am not familiar with bar. My pump uses inches of mercury - hg. 5 hg is the max vacuum and 20 minutes under vacuum is the max to avoid excess edema.

I have used a VED for several years to counteract my ED. My sense is that, size-wise, I have not lost anything, and may have gained some length and girth. But I do not have a good baseline so am not sure of specifics. As far as damage goes, you have to experiment and start gently, work up to where it is comfortable and sensible. I remember breaking some of the little interior blood vessels when I started (they healed quickly), but have learned not to push beyond a certain point. I do not use a pressure gauge, just go with how it feels.

The pump per se is only part of the equation; the choice of the right size of cock ring(s) is important to ultimate satisfaction.

I use the battery operated Impo-Aid from https://www.adwdiabetes.com/category/va ... ion-device. And a variety of sizes of their cock rings. The choice of the right lube to make a good seal is also important. Glad to share other tips if desired.
