I have an osborne with a 2 inch diameter opening. my balls get sucked in. Who makes a different diameter? and how do you determine the prioper diameter? Mine never got beyond 4.5 in in girth.

Did yours come with an adapter sleeve? It should have. Is it still too big with the adapter?

Large restriction ring around your balls will keep them in place. Soma Therapy makes a pump with 3 different sizes of cylinders which also helps.

I have found a Penile Foam Sleeve to be really helpful. In addition to keeping my nuts from the vacuum, it eases some of the discomfort caused by restriction ring(s) and when we are done it helps the removal of the ring(s).

utimi on amazon. 18 dollars . it is all you need. I am 4 1/2 inch and a 1 3/4 tube works. CalXotics ($12) makes a nice silicon ring that fits 1 3/4 to 3 inch tubes. I really is thicker than most and seals well. stops testicle suck up.

Pumptoys.com makes high quality pumps of varying sizes. Sturdy and comfortable. Ive had 2 diff ones.
