Hi there,
Just bought a VED, Calextics optimimum series (with chamber sleeve)
Tried it at home. Pumped for 2 minutes, 3 pumps, stop, 3 pumps, stop, ect.
It looks and feels like it's rock hard inside and it expandes to the max length, but when i put the release button and take my penis out it's just soft.
Do i have to pump longer, cause it feels like it explodes

Re: Don't get erect in device
If your goal is to get blood flowing in and out of your dick in order to oxygenate, you are doing great.
If your goal is to pump to erection AND maintain that erection when you release the vacuum, then not so much.
Usually a restriction ring or 2 is necessary to impede the venous flow out of the dick.
I'm not familiar with the pump you are using. I looked at it on several sites but could not see if there was a lip on
the end that presses against the body. I have found that lip makes it difficult to keep the vacuum while loading the ring onto
the dick. Sometimes guys have had luck putting the ring on before, fitting the cylinder over the ring and then pumping. I have
tried that a few times and personally found the results not worth the effort.
If your goal is to use a vacuum pump to achieve and maintain an erection then I would suggest a medical grade pump. They
are designed for that purpose. Osbon, Pos-t-vac, and Encore are a couple that come to mind. Erecaid has a link here to the left of
your screen.

Depending on how much you have the vacuum built up, then as long as you can without getting blood blisters(?) on your penis.
The main thing I guess you are using it for is to get an erection and not for growth, than it is not necessary to keep it pumped up very long before putting ring on.

Re: Don't get erect in device
for generating and maintaining an erection you need a specially designed cylinder, as mentioned above, that allows you to easily slip a tension band (Osbons are a great choice) onto the cylinder and after inflating your erection onto the base of your shaft prior to releasing the vacuum.
The Calexotic Optimum you referenced appears to be designed for masturbation and not for maintaining an erection.

Ir's just for penis health. I can't understand i pump but my peniis isn't getting hard. With a lot of manual stimulation i can get and maintain an erection, so why not with a VED.?

I use the vaccuum pump at about 8 inches of murcury for 1/2 hour or so and put a cock ring on the outside of cylinder, when I have achieved the length and hardness I slip the ring off and release the pumps vaccuum, it stays hard for 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour or more

Re: Don't get erect in device
When we use a vacuum pump to create an erection we are reducing the atmospheric pressure in the cylinder, and as a result the immediate environment of our penis. Blood flows into the penis in an attempt to equalize the pressure and it gets erect. When vacuum is removed things try to normalize again.
There was probably a time in my youth when I could have remained erect when the pressure was released. Those years the problem wasn't getting hard; so I never used or even considered a pump. Long gone are the days I could look at a half of a peach in the refrigerator and get an erection!
I use a medical grade penis pump for sex and use restriction ring(s) to stop the outflow of blood when the vacuum is released and pressure is equalized. 20-30 minutes at a time is a maximum I use the ring(s). Removing them, reloading the pump with the rings, and re-pumping is no problem and usually goes much faster and easier than the first time.

.
If i mastrubate i can get an erection of 18 cm. If i pump with the device till 18 cm i feel a lot of pressure so thinking i'm erect. But when i put the Device off it is directly soft.
I have checked if i have venous leak, but i haven't.
I don't understand why i can achieve an erection by mastrubation (with a lot manual and sexual stimulation) but not with a VED.
