Hello the Forum,
I am posting this for two reasons, first is feedback to the forum for what results I have achieved. I have learned a lot more than my urologist and staff could tell me. Especially to inform anyone new here with similar issues. Second, if anyone has achieved similar results, regarding restored and gained length and any healing in venous leakage.

Approximately 2 years ago I started medical help with erections I had none. Total flaccid. Almost no length. Totally deflated ballon. No morning wood. So I tried Viagra and then Cialis, to no effect. Nothing. Made a vacuum pump and tried that a few times. STILL NOTHING. Started internet search on ED. found this forum. So, kept at using a pump, and started getting an awakening. 1 inch, 1 1/2. I don't know for sure, maybe got to 4". But no sustained erections. Decided to try caverject. Somewhat timid to approach my doctor unless I could actually insert a needle. I have been diabetic, so I have a few thousand injections into fatty areas. No big deal at this point. But jab it THERE???? You all know about the first time, probably by the doctor. Well, I read the how to's, watch a few videos on seeing injection done, what the results were. OK, I gotta do this. So I sat on the edge of my bed, got ready, and starred at my cock for 5 minutes. Gained sufficient will power I gave it a jab. Not a slow glide like I do now, but OK. No so bad.

Was refereed to a urologist, got a 11u trimix injection. Got results. That day in a nearby city, sitting and standing. I was soon to discover about venous leakage when I tried it at home, solo, experiment, don't want any no starters with my lady. Total flop, The tower collapses in 1 or 2 seconds. Stand up and a hard on builds again. Big learning curve. Wind forward.

FROM THIS FORUM (Thank you) I learned the importance of continued pumping.
For blood flow and nutrients. I had attained 4 3/4 TO 5 1/4". About four months ago,
Then I learned about technique, pump and release. Doing 15 or so cycles. Now 5 1/2 to 5.9, 1 month ago intil now 6.0, 6.2 then 6.5". 6" was like youthful size. Cock would get stuck at 6" against the chamber. Now need lubrication.

Something started happening at 6.0" length, the glans swells bigger. Causing it to stick against the chamber. But something else, I don't deflate in 1/2 second. My inflating and deflating were fast, 1/2 to 1 second duration. Now when inflated (and the long the length, it seems the longer it stays erect with vacuum released! 10 to 15 seconds. It is like (?) the veins are starting to close some. So I am not sure if this is a partial healing or It has gotten erect enough to start blocking vein blood release ?????

The morning pump session I typical beginning vacuum length is 5.8 to 6". After several cycles I get to 6.5" quickly. Evening session I start out shorter, 5.5" and work up to just 6" or more sometimes to 6.5" Morning pumping is the biggest. Continual improvements still happening. Age now, I am 70.

So, I am surprised with what is a longer erection than I ever had.
I seem to expect in two months I will be seeing perhaps 7". (wishful?)
I am I experiencing a partial healing from venous leakage?

Any similar experiences? Comments?

I as well am new to the VED arena. I started using it in prep for an implant. But, as I discovered that a consistent regimen of VED use my length and girth have increased dramatically.
I started mid April. With the results I’ve seen, my implant is on hold.
I’m not sure I understand the 15 cycles. Please explain. As for me I pump twice in the morning. I started out at 6 minutes, now up to 16 min. Full vacuum with a minute or two break thrown in.
Once I’m finished I wrap Jesse in a hot wash cloth 2 or 3 times til it cools. IMHO it’s all about blood flow and the results are showing.
My previous result can be seen in the post “works for me” (vacuum section). The results are even better now.
FT men have given lots of insight into ED. It’s a great forum. So, thanks for the topic. Let me know about your regimen. Always looking for fresh ideas. JG

After reading about it here on FT, I do not just maintain a steady vacuum in my chamber. I cycle between vacuum and and vacuum release. No provision was made in my chamber to do this, so I drilled two holes which my thumb can cover easily. I guess the chamber set had a hose, hand pump, and perhaps a release pressure valve, but I tossed them. I have the chamber running to a pressure regulator / gage and a small vacuum pump. I can easily cover hole for vacuum, uncover to normalize the pressure. I maintain vacuum for 15 to 60 seconds and then release vacuum to deflate. Then apply vacuum again, cycling. So I am replacing the blood with fresher blood with nutrients on a continual basis, each cycle. I would like to think, I am getting blood exchange all the way to the glans that way (slowly). I began getting much better results when I started this. This morning I started at 5" and about 5 minutes had stretched to 6.5". I sure seems that my stretching proceeds fast after each cycle. Flaccid, stretch, flaccid, stretch .....
Now, when I get to 6", I deflate much more slowly, like my venous leakage is shifted to a slower rate. Before I reach 6" I would deflate to 1/3 the length in 1 ~ 1 1/2 seconds. I could cycle flaccid / erect / flaccid 1 second up and 1 second deflated. Almost comic. At 6" and longer, I deflate about 1" or less about as quick, then taking 8 to 12 seconds, deflating slowly. I'm looking for recommendations for a vacuum pump. I want to use it for rehabilitation/stretching prior to IPP surgery, so I don't need an expensive Cadillac. Thanks in advance.

Hi Stan, nice write-up and kudos on your success. I've been on a similar journey though my starting point was not as dire. I use a cheap Adam & Eve house pump (like $15) and it works fine. It has a release valve. Pump up slowly first run through each session. Stop when the unit starts to life off the cylinder. I get to it about 3-4 days a week, sex/injections 3-4 times a week. I have had regular nocturnal tumescence and morning wood now with a small "PT" does of 5 mg Cialis taken at night. I've been "clamping" and holding a large boner outside of the pump. More PT. My girth has progressed and seems to have plateaued which is actually fine with the wife. She's not keen with it at max. Shaft is 1 5/8" dia and head glans is 1 7/8". Length holding steady at 6" which is more than enough to get to the touchy bits. Due to venous leakage, we can not practice some of our former favorite positions like cowgirl and reverse cowgirl and on top. But I can't climb Mt Everest any more either so glad for what we have.
