For penile rehab what might be the best procedure? I have read that some pump once then wait a minute, then a second pump, wait a minute and so on over a course of ten minutes or so. The idea being to slowly draw blood into the penis. I am sure there are a lot of different practices. I'd like to hear from some of you experienced users on what works for you. Thanks.

If you have a vacuum gauge on your pump, I recommend pumping up to 5 hg for two minutes and then reduce the vacuum to 2 hg for 30 seconds and repeat five or six times. Do this in the am and again in the pm.

My layman's opinions:
"Slowly draw blood into the penis" I don't agree with the "slowly" part. Fast or slow, getting blood flushed through the tissues is (to my mine) the point. Oxygenated freash blood is best (which comes from arteries and is what you get from natural erections), but the VED (vacuum erection device) will draw blood from both arteries and veins. But a mix is better than no flushing at all.
Stretching to maintain elasticity and size is the second benefit. This may or may not be better with long erection times than the intermittent erection times that the flushing protocol provides.

In my experience a mix of the intermittent and long time protocol is best.
E.g. pump to the maximum, keep it there for 3-5 minutes and repeat it for 5-6 times.
Do it twice daily.
