Using rings without the pump

Anyone else here use rings without a pump?

I start of with a loose cockring, that gives me a 60%-70% erection, I then apply 2 constriction rings (osbon), remove the first cockring, this gives me a good erection. Haven't tried having sex with this set up yet.
This set up increases my girth by quite a bit too, which is nice.

I just hope that I can own it and be confident enough that the girl is not put off. I have avoided sex for 3 years due to ED. I am 33.

I don't know what I expect to hear. Anything really. Thoughts/advice?

When my diabetic induced ED started to raise its ugly head 10 years ago, I found that I could hold an erection with just a doubled over rubber band placed around my whole unit. However, over time, I needed to increase the tension by upgrading to a beaded cock ring and then an Osbon tension band. Now I have to use a pump and two Osbon bands.

I remember your story. I'm concerned that it may get worse over time but, (1) It hasn't got worse for a few years now, (2) There is always the implant option.

Do you find your leak has got worse still since it initially got worse?

In other words, has the leak worsened linearly over time?

Venous leak may be involved but my issue is primarily diabetic neuropathy (both peripheral and autonomic). Over time, it did get progressively worse. I am now getting decent results over the past five years with a VED using Two Osbon tension bands.
