I started having erection issues in my late 30's and started heavily pumping and i am proof that if youre no longer worried about erection quality and know youre gonna get an implant ...using a pump long term CAN lengthen your penis.

Born with a 6.25" penis. Pumping 4 years and i can reach 217mm in the tube. I know that wont equate to an implant size but now just a straight tug with no swelling or pump fluff i can stretch to 7.5 - 7.75 on any given day without much effort. I started pumping i think mainly bc i was terrified of the horrific length loss stories and figured id give the surgeon a little more room to work.
I still pump regularly and see about 1mm increase about every month or so.
Doesnt seem like much but it adds up. Pump, heal, pump, heal, retract and think wtf, pump, heal, etc. But there is absolutely no doubt it works.
Just thought id post and share my own experience.

Several years back with concerted effort at stretching, jelging, clamping, and pumping, I got to 9 1/4 inches bone pressed by 6 1/4 mid shaft girth. That was about six months of concerted regular penis exercises. My wife after a quickie told me that the quickie hurt like on our wedding night and I had to stop those exercises.

I did stop, but was always convinced against all the naysayers that the penis cant be enlarged. It can happen. I am walking proof.

Typically ill pump for 5 mins at a time followed by a couple mins of rest. Off and on for an hr or so or when convenient. i use a pump toys pump (great quality) and ive conditioned myself to higher pressures and dont get blisters or too much swelling anymore. Ill usually pump twice a day , 3 times a week and then let things rest for a week or two .

Took a week and half off from the pump. Decided to do a standing 90° bone pressed flaccid stretch measurement with a ruler. Pulled that bad boy like i was gonna rip it off. Came in at precisely 7.75" . No way in hell thatd happen past 6.25" 4 years ago.
Gonna hit it again hard this week. If i can consistently pump to 8.5" perhaps i can add a permanent 1-2 mm this month. Id say thats a realistic goal. Typically takes several sessions to build back up to 8.5" in the tube. Seems i can reach it easier each time with less pressure. Maybe a good sign.

Hi agree with all of the above post. I also think that doing stretching and hanging is is a necessary component. If you want more length
I think weight hanging is more effective than pumping. Both together is best if combined with jelquing.

Definitely work it hard before the implant. My surgeon agreed this would help.

New milestone reached. 221mm in the tube. Thought i had permanently plateaued. Two to three sessions a day for a week. Gets easier and easier to reach 8.5" in the tube. Shrinking is regularly common after prolonged breaks. Did a flaccid bone pressed stretch after waking. Compression wrap to eliminate pump swelling. Bone pressed to tip 8" .
So my guess is (safe guess) that for whatever you reach in the tube subtract .5-.75 inches to get near an accurate bp stretch length.
Going to purchase a new tube soon. May go up in diameter as ive read that that can help increase length as well if youre already touching the sides of your current tube.
Current tube length is 9". Going to upgrade to a 10". Might be a year or more before im even close to the end. If ever. But the journey is fun.
Either way its very strange to see a once 6.25" penis stretch that far. Never thought possible.
