Just a few questions if you have:

Do you use VED with your implant inflated or deflated?

Have you seen any growth (width/length/blood flow)?

How often do you pump?



I currently have a IPP and I’m about at the 1 year mark post surgery. I understand the risk aquatinted with using VED with an implant, but I’m curious if anyone here has had success using VED post IPP.

This is VED use after pumped up.Use it all the time both for sex and cycling!

FWIW, my doc said, forcefully, don't use a pump as it might cause problems with the "plumbing"...I'd like to hear from a few more IPP implanted guys about it.

Results--effects on size? Good, bad, indifferent...

I’ve gained about 1/2” in length with cycling along with VED use.

So, you pumped up and then used the VED? How long pumped up with the VED? Gauge pump?

Don’t get crazy with the VED and only keep it pumped up for 30 minutes and no longer.I use a cock ring.Keeps the glands and shaft engorged and more rounded.Wife loves it and it has helped along with cycling.I lost about an inch post op implant and have gained about 1/2” in length back.

Hey Gjmjoe, do you believe the increase in length was from cycling or do you believe the VED alone has given you growth? Any difference in girth?

I think the combination of the two is what has given me the result.As far as girth the Titan Implanf did that!

What is the advantage of using VED when you have an implant?
