Getting in the daily habit.

I struggled for a while to get in a daily habit of VED use to maintain size and perhaps gain back any losses from EDs diminishing nocturnal erections.

I finally found the thing that works best for me is making it a part of my morning shower. I use a cheap VED (search eBay for “penis pump”, lots available between $12-$20). I put it on as I’m getting in the shower each morning. I continue with my shower and 15-20 mins later I take it off and continue with my day. That’s a pretty short period of time but I’ve become consistent and confident that my size is at my pre-ED length/girth.

Here I’m 18.5cm in the tube (7.25”) and my girth, always thicker at the base, fills the tube. This is definitely the same as my pre-ED size.

Glad I finally found a routine that works for me.

I also pump for 15 - 20 minutes most mornings while getting ready in the bathroom. If I anticipate sex, I switch over to a Medical grade VED for a few minutes before sliding on an Osbon tension band.

Interesting question! I can add my personal experience.

I use 2 Osbons and a foam penile sleeve for sex, I have used a couple of techniques to get 2 rings on a pumped erection.

1. On my regular Encore load BOTH rings and pump to the desired stiffness before applying both at the same time. The foam penile sleeve is put on before starting the pumping. With this method I use a large high tension and a medium standard tension ring.I have read the smaller ring should go on first so is the last added to pump, but have not noticed a great deal of difference. I have used various combinations of sizes and tensions with this method and all seemed to work.

2. My present method is I use two pumps. My regular Encore and an Encore larger cylinder. Since the loader cone won't fit on the large cylinder I use the larger ring on this cylinder. I pump with the regular cylinder and apply the medium ring Then I use the same manual pump or use the electric pump(both fit) with the large cylinder. I bend the tabs of the applied medium ring so they are inside the larger cylinder and not interfering with getting a good vacuum. I pump a bit more and add the ring. This method adds the smaller ring first.

I practiced all this and more in private and by myself. Only when I became comfortable with a new technique did I use it during the main event!

I always need to use two D (medium) high tension bands.

Okay so, you do NOT deflate and pump up again, repeating the cycle. You pump and stay hard for the full 20 minutes.
